Blade 230 s confusion

I'm looking or a beginner 3D heli with SAFE technology and the Blade 230 S seems like a good choice, but there is some confusion regarding which model. I wanted the BLH1450 which is the 230 S V2 BNF, but that doesn't appear to be available anywhere online. Some sites say it is discontinued and suggest the BLH1250 Blade 230 BNF instead, which appears to be the earlier (V1???) version.

Am I correct in assuming the BH1450 is the better copter and why is it shown as discontinued online??

The BLH1250 is the latest smart version with latest flight controller.
