Tail balancing problem

I have an Aerohawk Electric heli and have been training through approx. 10 battery packs. Have used it for almost a week.
I have recently startad in small attempts to put it in the air for a couple of seconds.

When the heli lifts to the air the heli is stable but the tail rotates anti-clockwise, and I have to put it down???

I am pushing the rudder to the max to compensate this but there is not enough power?? , the tail just start moving gradually faster and when it has rotated 90 degrees I put it down when I cannot correct this?

One the ground, the tail rotor seems to need different trim at different main rotor speeds?
This is probably correct, but from far left to far right???

Happy for any suggestion, testing again tonight :)

RE: Tail balancing problem

Adjust the gain of the tail but turning the right pot on the gyro board. The left pot does something else so leave it alone. Turning the right pot a hairs-width clockwise will increase the tail rotor sensitivity (thereby making the heli turn more counter-clockwise when viewing from above). Turning the right pot a hairs-width counter-clockwise will decrease the tail rotor sensitivity (thereby making the heli turn more clockwise when viewing from above).
Just play around with it until you get it right. Remember, you need the hand of a surgeon to get it just right, so be patient and careful!
