where to read the best learning tutorial?

I found and read a few descriptions and explains, but I feel I did not enough support.

I know:
1. hovering
2. nose-down

what next?

any good and deep learning, pictures, knowledge, experiences.
for electric helicopters.

Typos can be funny..i.e. nose down!!! Usually nose down to me sends me into a panic..LOL :)
