KYOSHO SR-E setup

sofar ive set my kyosho concept 30 SR-E up like this...

new blades
pg-3, or 1 im not sure
hitec mos fet speedo
4 futaba digital sub-micro servos
8 cell nicad
rcd3500 RX
eclipse7 TX
k-speed motor

am i ready to fly?
and has neone else got one of these? i heard they stoped selling, and pictures?
