Cyclic control problem!
I've noticed a strange problem on my heli (Dragonfly #45)! If I move the cyclic foward on the radio then the flybar tilts foward as it should, but the main rotor tilts a bit foward and a bit left too, so the flybar and the main rotor are rotating in different planes! This is true for all cyclic directions, so if I move cyclic rearward then the flybar tilts rearward but the main rotor tilts rearward and right at the same time etc! I don't know why doesn't the main rotor catches up with the flybar correctly! I don't dare to fly the heli till its not fixed :(
Any suggestion would be helpfull! Thanks in Advance! |
RE: Cyclic control problem!
Maybe in the air it will move in the correct direction, I dont know! Probbably it behaves this way because the heli is on the ground!? The swashplate and the rotorhead design is the exact copy of the Blade Cp and Honey bee 2 cp! I hope somebody can help me!

RE: Cyclic control problem!
It looks like the blade head or the honeybeecp, the hbcp2 head is different. You might need to start it up and get it in the air to see if it is a problem.

RE: Cyclic control problem!
A bound heli does show this. When it is in the air, it should behave properly.
