Blade CP head assembly Help! Shear pin prob

Ok this is almost fun. I was trying to take the head assembly off to check the swashplate, and make a long story short I cannot get the shear pin back in. Does anyone have any tricks thanks a million??

send the tip of a needle through first to get the hole perfectly aligned then try the pin.

Thanks I am trying that, but cannot get the center hub to move at all to get aligned. Should it be able to move? Thanks for your promptness too I really appreciate this. I am a newb and just want to get this thing back together.
