trying to hover without moving forward

Friday I bought a Blade CP with the training gear. You see I am NEW to this. I have never flown any RC model.
When trying to get he heli from the ground (Let's say about 4 inches) the heli turns to the left and moves fowards.[>:]
I succeeded in keeping it from turning to the left, but it still moves forward with the nose down.
What do I have to do to keep the heli in the air without going forward?
Thanks

CPNEWBY;)

move the trim down on the elevator.

a suggestion from another helo newbie:

read - [link=http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html]RADD'S FLIGHT SCHOOL[/link]

try the short version - the long version was kinda tedious to read (sorry radd).

thanks,

cool site.
will try this out.

My heli still tilts to the front and slightly left when giving more throttle.

This is why helis are hard to fly. You just gotta get practice. Move the trims until it stays in a hover easier

Yes, it seemed like I would never get my off the ground. The best thing I did was buy a simulator.
Anyway it like riding a bike, once learned its hard to understand how hard it use to be
