Heli setup
 

I'm a newbie here and been flying with the sim for about 4 mos and I want to start to play with my real heli. It is a dragonfly 36, I know it may not be the best but thats it. I was wondering if someone would let me know how or where to find setup info. When I put it on the floor and start to spin it up it wants to rotate around. I read things about the gyro and said the light should not be red or flashing how do you go about adjusting. As I said I am new and neeed help.

The gyro is to help you control the tail only, and there should be a seperate tail motor speed control on the heli somewhere. Once ya get that adjusted, with the rudder trim in the center, turn up the gyro gain until while hovering, the tail wiggles back and forth a little, then turn it down just to where it quits doing that. Your spinning problem is tail motor speed adjustment, ot trim adjustment. Do you have the instructions that came with the heli ?
