RCU Forums - need help!!

I have that heli and I had the same problems after rebuilding it. What I would suggest is to first unplug the motors on the heli, then set the #8 switch on the back of the radio to unlock, and set both adjustment knobs to 12 o'clock position. Then power up the radio and the heli. Move the throttle stick to 50% and check to see if the blades are at zero degrees pitch, (slightly above zero is even better). If they aren't, adjust the long pitch control links till they are. Now move the stick to full throttle, watch the green aluminum t-block, and listen to the servos. I think you'll see that the bottom of the see saw block hits the top of the t-block and binds the servos. Take out the set screw in the t-block, then move it down as far as you can, don't force it! Adjust the knobs on the radio untill you get slightly above zero pitch at 50% throttle and as much travel from there to 100% as possible. If you have a pitch guage, then 11 to 12 degrees should be plenty. If not, just work the knobs untill you get the most throw you can. If you have the pitch set right at 50%, then you pretty much can't get to much throw at full throttle. Once you do that, set the throttle back to 100% and move the t-block back up till it just barely touches the bottom of the see saw, then put blue threadlock on the set screw and put it back in, tighten it down, then try it out in a flight. Fine tune the knobs to get the desired effect, then flip the #8 switch back to lock, and enjoy your heli! Hope this helps! Peace.
