I dont know what you have, but I have a Hawk Sport and this is how it says to mount mine. Look at the pics pages 1-4 and maybe that will give you some idea. I do think most helis are set up this way though.

Looking at your profile you have a Raptor 30 check out these sites for some quality info

I have a Raptor 30 V1 with an OS 32 CSM 400 HH Gyro and I have set mine up for the 3/4 stick Hover setup - ( if you look at raptortechniques web site it should explain why) I havn't got it 100% right yet but.............

I hover just between 65 and 70% of the stick movement
So to your question I have about 65% throttle with 5 degrees of pitch but you have to tweek it yourself to get it right for your setup

I use 10% Nitro & OS No.8 Plug

my pitch curve is -3, 0, +9
Throttle is roughly linear 0, 40, 50, 70, 100
I have just took off the training gear and I am starting the figure 8 maneuvers.

You have to make adjustments that suit YOUR style but I understand how difficult it is when you don't have a style yet, do you not have anyone nearby to help?

Nick
