Has anybody ordered from EHIROBO? do they have good customer service or are the apart of Xheli?

not part of xheli, I've ordered from ehirobo in the past and had no problems. BTW, ehirobo is in Hong Kong not the US.

I've ordered from them many times, in fact I just got an order in from them today. Never had a problem with them.

Ok thanks I was just wonderin since their 10-20$ cheaper on the stuff I want.

you might save a couple bucks in price but then there is shipping.. and then there is the wait. and then what happens if there is a problem with it? now you have to pack it up, pay to ship it back to hong kong and wait again.. best to buy your main purchases such as heli's here in the states.. now i have bought a set of blades from over seas but i got free shipping.. it took 11 days to get them..

but it is your money and there for your choice.. just telling ya some thoughts. jake

They are good, order from them often as the copter x parts are compatible with trex, good prices but shipping gets expensive which is why I wait to have a big order. But shipping prices are the biggest problem. But if you pay for 3 day shipping, you do get it in 3 days.

Terrible customer service!<br>Got a Hubsan X4 FPV and paid expensive for shipping.<br>When I got the quad here in Canada they have sent the ARF instead of RTF.<br>Note that they purposely keep ARTF in the description (instead of ARF or BNF)...<br><br>After couple e-mails got a word from manager, they wont send the remote without me paying for new shipping.. ridiculous.<br>Oh well, another chinese supplier to&nbsp;cross-off from my list.
