RE: e-CCPM??
If it's a CCPM radio it should work, what radio are you talking about?

RE: e-CCPM??
g-day
it should work all the e stands for is electric simmo |
RE: e-CCPM??
e stands for electronic. It means its mixed electronically in the radio and the radio must have ccpm software.

RE: e-CCPM??
The big question is what radio?
Is it programable? I ask because I ran into a situation with a cheap CCPM radio that came with one of my helis. I upgraded the servos but the servo direction on the new servos was reversed and the radio would only allow reversing the servos on 4 channels with no way to reverse the collective. I ended up going back to the old cheap servos. |

RE: e-CCPM??
Wow, thanks guys. it is the 6 channel radio pictured here http://www.*********.com.au/store/pr...051b158454cd29 that came with my falcon 400. ( im in australia, i think it may be a different tx to the us?) It has the following modes, a; aeroplane v; v-wing h; hellicopter c; ccpm c1; ccpm 1 (mixes a channel in a different way)
I would like to use it on a raptor 550? thanks in advance guys wow, there's so much information here from which to make an informed comment.... if you give us the name of the heli and the radio then we can provide more than guesses. as stated, most RTF radios are not programmable. |
RE: e-CCPM??
Don't worry about that, just ask away.

As to whether you can use that radio with the 550, maybe you can and maybe you can't, don't have that radio myself. One thing I will say is that you probably don't want to use it even if you can. It's not programmable and you're stuck with whatever settings it has stock. You can't set the throttle or pitch curves, no mixing, can't control gyro gain... etc. If you're spending that much money on a nice heli like the 550 I'd suggest you get a good radio. |
