Default What should I do with this one?

Hey guys, I got this helicopper today from a freind, I do know its made by American helicopters but thats all I know, I dont know the modle# of it. Its old, dirty, and missing the gear that connects power to the rotor. The plus side is that I did get the engine (K&B .40) to fireup and run about 30 sec. today.Ive done some reserch on it and know that theres not that many of them around I think. Is there anybody out here that collects these,or who still flys these choppers still? Im thinking this might be a good parts doner, but i could be wrong.

Clean it up and donate it to the AMA museum.

Clean it up and put it on the roof of your garage and use it for a weather vane

You are missing more than the gear. You are missing the fan shroud, the tail boom looks slightly bent, the tail rotor and fins seem to me completely mis-aligned or missing, and the starting belt looks like it is about to break. Go here: [link]http://rc.runryder.com/helicopter/f63p1/?top=1292594696[/link] to find people that might be interested in them for parts. If you do not sell it, cleaning it up and placing it on a bookshelf will generate a lot on conversation. That is about what it is good for.

I really hate to see this thing just sit around, I know that theres someone out there that could use this as parts, or add to there collection. So if anybody ir really intrested in it, or wanting to make a trade for it then contact me. I dont have the space for this thing to just sit around so just make me a decent offer, Thanks guys. and I have tried to post it on the other site but Im still waiting on a regestration conformation from them and thats been since yesterday.
