Ok so completeheli.com has been the biggest pain. I ordered a tail kit for 80 bucks from them and when I got it the rotor blades were with the tail but not the tail rotor holder or control arm hardware. Also neither was servo holder that was pictured with it. At first I chanked it up as my fault and immediatly ordered a tail rotor kit for trex 450 which has the rotor holder bearing and control arm , another 54 dollars. Two weeks later they still didn't ship it. I emailed three times no response. I called and a guy said the part was out of stock and they special ordered it and would be here last Monday , ofcourse it never came and now its Friday on their website still doesn't have it marked as shipped. I emailed asking to return my initial partial order and refund for my tail rotor. These people don't seem to be interested in doing anything quick except taking money. its been 28 days since I placed my initial order and their website says I have 30 days to request a refund satisfaction guarenteed. At this point I've spent 140 bucks towards parts for a trex 450. Anyone else deal with these people??

Hi tmojosh -
I'm sorry for the delay with your order from CompleteHeli. Your second order that has not yet shipped has not been charged, CompleteHeli did not "take your money and not ship". The tail kit you initially ordered (HS1298) does not come with the tail rotor holder as you found. We do list the components included in the box in the product description and we also show two pictures of the exact items included. Align also produced several photos of the completed assembly and installed shots. Iunderstand the rotor holder is shown in some of the photos, but so is a full 450 helicopter which is obviously not included. The two parts in your second order (HS1250-84 and HS1201-72) are listed as special order on the product description page and in the online shopping cart. We no longer stock many older 450SE V2 parts and instead list them as special order. When an order is placed for special order items we go to one of our distributors and see if they still stock the item. In the case of your parts, one of our distributors did have the items listed as in stock and we have been waiting for them to come in. Ido not show any requests for order cancellation received via e-mail, but as of this post your order has been canceled and your credit card remains uncharged.
Again I apologize for the delay with your order and hope you consider us for your future heli needs,
Kevin M.

I emailed them twice for rma number 2 days before it hit one month but I never got a reply , sent a total of 7 emails through their website contact form and never received a response , I think its broken. I have a new trex 450 tail I want to return. Oh and a response to the complete heli rep : I waited three weeks for that order , it was ( and still is) marked on completeheli.com as a new item , then go to your shipping policies and it specifically says if you cannot get the item at 14 days you would contact the customer. That was never done. As you stated you never received the emails so I strongly suggest you look into fixing your email or contact page. When I called and spoke to you in person at 3 weeks you stated that the trex450 part I ordered you no longer carry and needed to order it from the supplier ( dispite the website labeling it as a new item) you stated it is in transit and would be shipped the following Monday (this was week 3 fri call) . Still at the end of the following week it had not been shipped so I gave up doing business this way. I emailed requesting refund rma for the 80 $ for the unused trex450 torque tube tail boom and also started posting here. I found it disturbing I couldn't get solid info through the contact page but when I post here on a sat no less I get a response. Maybe its better to just indicate to communicate through rcuniverse till your communication issues are resolved.
