Wether its easy to fly or not shouldn't be your deciding factor. I would be more concerned about being able to buy spare parts because its not if you crash its when you crash, and when you do crash you want to be able to get parts as fast as possible. I would recommend going with a well know and reputable helicopter and if you can't afford it now I would recommend saving for one. Also if you want to go cheaper go for an trex clone, like the EXI or the HK versions, if you crash them you can replace the parts with the align parts and they will work just fine.

No offense, but, in a quick 5 minute search on Google, I found that the Sky King has a dozen weak points, the plastic and metal are cheap and brittle and it has some severe heat issues with the large 380 motors. People are also having issues even finding parts (I could only find blades) and when they do, its in China, takes 1-2 months to arrive and several people claimed that the parts arrived broken or didn't fit properly.
Also,I don't know what your plans are for getting into helis, but, since the sky king is technically toy-grade, it is not very good practice for getting into hobby-grade helis since the controls are a little different.
Again, I am not trying to sound like a d***, but, if I bought it, I'd put it back on CL and save for a smaller but better hobby-grade coaxial or fixed pitch heli like a Blade CX3 or SR. I just started into helis too. I've mostly flown my 120 SR but have hovered the Raptor 30 once. In the first week of flying the 120 I broke the landing skids (twice), 1 main rotor, the tail motor, the tail rotor and cracked the body to all hell but the parts are cheap(ish) and all I have to do is drive 2 miles to the LHS to get them. I'm also getting much better, quickly, and am almost ready to fly the Raptor. Good luck, though, with whatever you decide.
