Are there any upgrades for the 120 SR?
I've read about the t-rex 250 skids and I plan on doing that, but are there any upgrades that increase speed, agility, durability or responsiveness? I'd also be interested in ways to use higher MaH batteries unless this damages the 5-in-1 or the motor. I've searched on google but can't find much.

Try microheli.com I found this site a couple days ago they seem to have upgrades for the MSR, MCPx and the 120sr.

Would all those aluminum upgrages affect performance and durability significantly or just a little?

Maybe? I wouldn't think it would make a huge difference unless you replace every piece they have then you may notice a difference in performance, maybe.
