I have a raptor 50 and the pitch at L, M and H are -8, 0, +12. I wanted to change the pitch to -10, 0, +10 by changing the normal, F1 and F2 pitch curves.
One of the local experts told me that I shouldn't change the pitch using the pitch curves and to shorten the throws by bringing the links closer to the center of the servos.
What's the pitch curve good for if you can't us it for this type of basic change????
Thanks,
Fred

I guess that it all depends on how your links are set-up. For some reason, you do not have the same amount of travel on the negative side than on the positive side. Without looking at your set-up and radio programming, I'm going to assume that the servos are set-up with non-equal travel and I could end up with the exact same suggestion your local expert gave you.
On the other hand, without knowing your programming, I cannot provide further information. If you programming has equal travel, then you have no option. If you try to change anything via programming, everything else will be screwed up. But if for some reason your programming does not have equal travel on the positive and negative sides, then it would be very easy to make the curves identical above and below zero. Going back to the manual on your radio should provide hints on how to accomplish this task.
