I highly recommend ClubHeli http://www.clubheli.com/. They are a "Mom" and "Pop" operation (along with a few other employees), and go out of thier way to treat thier customers right. I have purchased a lot from them, and have never been disappointed. The sell mainly Nine Eagles and Walkera (along with parts), but go to the website to get an idea of what they offer.

Lets start with the type of helicopter you want to get. It will make the process of suggesting stores a lot easier.
Since it does not cost me anything... here goes a few:
heliproz.com
ronlund.com
readyheli.com
towerhobbies.com

Boomtown and Tower have worked well, and definitely seems there is no "one stop shop" out there. All the hobby shops in my area suck, either no selection, or some snob behind the counter too wrapped up in his/herself to be of use.

RE: looking for a really good online heli store
Speaking from experience I highly reccommend Tower or Horizon Hobbies. One to avoid isRed Rocket Hobbies. Here’s why: Over the past several months, because they offer a dollar off new purchases for every $50 you spend, I spent more than $500 with them. When I finally went to get the earned discount I got grief instead. The first problem is that they don’t award until after 30 days of a purchase so a couple of my orders didn’t count. The other problem is getting them to give them to you. Prior to Christmas I attempted to purchase a Blade CX2. I tried several times to access my account, but couldn’t get in so I emailed customer service several times to find out how many points I could use on that order and how to access them.
Unfortunately all I kept getting was the same instruction that didn’t work. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had $10 worth of discount available I would have given up, but I didn’t want to leave $10 on the table. I finally work my way through the mazeand submitted the order, then got notification that the order was accepted, but a day later the owner, Matt Gross, called and emailed me to say they wouldn’t release the order even though my credit card had been accepted and charged. He basically wanted me to apologize for getting frustrated with their customer NO service dept. Screw that! The net result is that I never got the heli or the $10 worth of reward points from Red Rocket Hobbies. A small time dealer usually has small time people running them. Not true with Horizon or tower.
To me, it makes no sense to buy an Eflite or Blade heli fromRed Rocket or any way because they won’t take care of you if there is a problem or allow you to return defective merchandise. And, since they refer you to Horizon Hobby to solve any problem you may have (like the time they sent me a TX that was DOA) I can’t see any reason to buy from them. Stick with Horizon or Tower and you won’t go wrong. Their customer service and tech support are simply outstanding.
