Servo control arm play question.
Hello all,
I've just changed the gears in 3 of my servos (HS 410 M) metal gears, on my TREX 450 pro. This was my first time changing gears, when I was done the control arms were rock solid, no play. Now when I turned the radio on the subtrim them I did notice that the subtrim settings were pretty high so I decided the set the subtrims to 0 and move the shaft gear in the servo to center. The only thing I did in the servo was to move the shaft gear about a tooth or two. When I put everything back together I noticed that all three had some degree of play. Now first of all I know I should of left well enough alone but I wanted to make sure everything was perfectly centered. Could anyone shed some knowledge on what went wrong and also since this is my first heli are all servos arms rock solid or do some have a very little play when new also?
Thank you for your help,
Pat
