I have the Century Hobby world Trex 600 gasser upgrade kit that comes with a G23 engine and I purchased a
RJX muffler to go with it from Hobby King.
The muffler has a really large mounting flange and comes with a adapter to fit the smaller G23 engine. The problem is that the
frame is right under where the muffler mounts. If the muffler was the exact size of the port the muffler would work but since it's lot larger it intersects with the frame right under the exhaust port.
Is there a adapter say around 1" that can pull the muffler out.

You may want to ask this question in the specific gasser forum on Hleifreaks. It is by far the most active gasser heli forum I know of. If you can post a picture there also, it may help.

Here's one option:
Approx 3/4 of an inch
http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/it.A/id.1802/.f
here are a few other options, about halfway down the page:

there may be others.

The first one from Daves Motors looks pretty good but it's a bit expensive at $30 with shipping also I would have to grind off the lower flanges as they would intersect with the frame also.
I looked around a bit and there's a spacer that Horizen sells for $4.40 Zenoah G23 Muffler Spacer, ZEN114515412 I ordered two but no one can tell me how thick they are I'm thinking that they will be around 1/4" thick and two together will be the 1/2" I'm looking for.
