I have been looking into buying a 6 ch heli and think i got it down to either the helipro black hawk 450 se,
or the Exceed BlueRay 450 PE.
Both look to be quality birds, both all cnc heads and tails, and i have heard a lot of good things about the black hawk.
There seems to be no info about the BlueRay however. On x-heli there is a receiver ready version for $250.
If i got this i could get a dx6i unit of ebay and have a total of less than $400 in it.
The x heli version of the black hawk goes for $299 with 2.4 RTF but transmitter looks cheap. KA-Planes has the
same bird for $350 only difference is the battery and gyro are updated. I have heard alot of good things about
KA.
So my questions are is there anyone out there with experience with the BlueRay 450 PE or should i stick with my gut
and get the Black Hawk, and if so is X heli or KA a better route.

Thanks I look forward to your review on the BlueRay. It looks nice but I am definately interested on how it flys.
Also is this the ready to fly version or are you using your own controller.

I think the Blueray is better because it shares so many parts w/ the EXI line.
I'm working on a compatible parts list.
I have no clue about the blackhawk.
Blueray 450:
I purchased first the Rx ready version back on Labor Day.
Liked it so much I got a 2nd Rx ready version a couple weeks later.
I then got an RTF version later.
Here is a link to my setup guides for the Rx ready version for the DX7.

The Heli flies great in my opinion for it's size.
The second Heli I set up identical to the first on my Dx7.
It was so similar that I flipped it inverted on it's maiden flight and just hovered for a couple minutes.
If you want it more agility, just move the flybar weights in.
