Default Eflite Blade MCX or Walkera Lama2

Which is better between the two as I'm having a difficult decision choosing. I think the Walkera looks better and I'm not too sure how I feel about the AA charger for the Eflite's battery. However I hear the Eflite performs extemely well. Please cast your vote.

For the money, I gotta say Blade.

They are both good I am sure, but as I only have a mCX, I can't compare the two. I have been very pleased with the mCX and it is a lot of fun.

I was thinking the same thing.

I have a couple of Walkera Collective Pitch Helis (60B and a H1#b), but they are too big to fly indoors.

My friend came over with a couple of Eflight Blade MCX's, and they were great indoors. I liked the 4 channel flyability and the digital trims on the 2.4GHz transmitter... But they are $129

Then I saw the Walkera Lama 2 and a few of their other coaxoal helis, and they look pretty good at $79...!

I like the Walkera batteries and their charger, I've had very good luck with mine from the H1#b.

The Blade MCX's seemed to be really durable, my friend says it never breaks when he crashes. The Walkera Lama is a little smaller (175mm vs 190mm), but The MCX is 28g, and the Lama 2 is 50g... the Lama2 is twice as heavy, so I'm not sure what the performance is like. The MCX battery is 3.7v and 110mAh, while the Lama2 is 3.7v 400mAh.

I thought I had made up my mind on the Lama2, now I'm not sure once again. My decision was based mostly on appearance of not only the Helicopters themselves, but the transmitter's as well. I think the Lama2's look much better and the transmitters do too. But if the durability and performance is better on the Blade, then it would be my choice.

No personal experience on either, but from what I understand the Blade is much more durable.
