I get down all electronic parts , and the engine . The servos were disarmed and dried by one heat gun.also the gyro and the receiver.

I don't know if thats going to be a problem bikemad. I live on a lake and we fly off of it and we do get a soaking once in a while. In my years of telecommunications we have had several floods of multi million dollar electronic swtiching/PBX systems from sprinkler systems and water pipes and after a good drying out with a hair dryer they worked perfectly. One was soaked by a sprinkler system and stood in 3 ft of wate. After we dried it out the thing worked for over 15years. He did the correct thing in drying everything before attempting to "test" the electronics. As a matter of fact my Blackberry has been soaked and after a day of drying and with an application of a dryer it works fine. Saltwater or floodwaters would probably put the KOOOBAS on it though. Congtrats on the recovery.

your right dooleyey, I to worked on swich boards, it's the bit's you don't get out thats the problem, my freinds walkera 4# took a swim and it flew for a few weeks and then the 4in1 went, a few weeks after that the motor went, we blow it with an air line and he dryed it out but he didn't strip any thing,
