X-cell 60 pitch step help needed

It it looking good and hovers ok but the pitch curve is all wrong. I'm currently at -6 / -4 / 0 / +6 / +8. Zero being center stick..... Throttle is at about 60%....... It wants to lift off the ground at 25%. And I'm no where near proper RPM.
