Hello, I'm having trouble with the removal of the bearings in the seesaw and the head, any tips?

Thanks

you have to get a small nut and bolt in there with some sort of collar to rest against the nut. use 2 small wrenches to turn the nut and bolt. the head of the bolt will then push the bearing out.

A little heat always helps.

I've tried heat but I need to get the tools to get them out, are there any tools you know of?
Thanks

Heat it in an oven to around 350 degrees for 10 to 20 min. Use a line up tool and wedge it in the bearing. Move it around and try to pul it out. If that doesn't work try cutting a notch in a rod . Insert it in the bearing and pull it out.

I'll definitely give that a try, I'll need to get a bearing puller first

To try the method I described you won't need a bearing puller.

Oh, I assumed a line up tool was another name for it, my bad
