controller mode 1 or 2?
i recently ordered an areokawk and i was wanting to know what the difference is between the modes 1 and 2 for a controller. thanks

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
I'm not sure but I don't think the areokawk has collative pitch, so you won't need mode 1, 2. Mode 1, 2 is mostly used for inverted and 3D flying. Mode 1 is usually used for casual 3D flying and mode 2 is used for extreme 3d flying.

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
mode 1 and 2 has to do with the position of the controls. Mode 1 is the old school the throttle is on the right stick. On mode 2 (the mode most people are on) the throttle is on the left stick. It has nothing to do with 3d flying or inverted flying its just old school or new school. Thats the simple description hope it helps

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
Sorry! I thought he was talking about stunt 1, 2. Some people do call the stunt switch the mode switch.

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
Is a flight mode switch the same as a stunt switch? For example> Flight mode switchs meaning N, 1, 2, H

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
Most peoples stunt (mode) switch is on the left top of your radio. You flick it once for stunt (mode) one, flick it up twice it is in stunt two.

Charlie is right this time

RE: controller mode 1 or 2?
Sounds like Charlie is confusing idleup 1 and 2 with mode 1 and 2. Mode 1 is throttle and aileron on the right stick, and elevator ahd ruder on left ('airplane mode'). Mode 2 is the recommended heli mode, with both aileron and elevator on the right stick.
