The Lithium Ion batteries are 3.6 volts per cell. So an RX pack is 7.2 volts and can be regulated to 4.8 to 5.7 or whatever voltage the regulator is set for. Right now the Powerflite Batteries are the only ones I know about and I was not impressed with them. The new Duralites are going to be the same type battery also. The problem I was told about the Powerflites was that the battery will blow up if any charger is hooked to them other than the charger designed for them. The Lithium Ion batteries are suppose to have a safety fuse to prevent this from happening and the Powerflites do not. This was told to me by the Powerflite reps at there booth in Toledo.
