I know this may sound like a stupid question but it's one I haven't seen an answer to, how do youget the engine to turn off on a LMH110? Turning the electronics off is a flip of the switch but the engine still runs. : :confused:

You should have your radio set up so that with the throttle stick clear down and the trim down the throttle should be closed on the carburetor. When you are ready to shut down lower the stick and pull the trim all the way down and it should quit.

An option is to block the exhaust or pinch the fuel line closed at idle. Not recommended but it works.

i am still a newbee my self but the way i have done it is to adjust the servo push-rod length so that when the servo is in full throw the engine carb is fully closed. You would then adjust the servo throw rate electronically on your radio so that when the stick is fully lowered and the trim is fully lowered the servo reaches its full throw and voilla - the engine should shut off!!

Thanks for the info, I had to adjust the servo arm to accomplish what I needed, I thought since the heli was used the person before me had already set it up that way, I guess not. Now for another question: I have fuel or oil or something coming out of the choke hole that is getting on the rotor cluch and makes the blades continually turn,is this normal, if not what could be the problem?

Ummmmmmmm, the LMH doesn't have an adjustable carb. :rolleyes: you must mean "close the muffler all the way and choke the engine with its exhaust until it dies" :D :D

Read the manual for your transmitter to see if it has a "throttle cut" function.This will allow the motor to idle when the stick is fully back then when the throttle cut function is enabled it will stop the motor.
