Muscle Pipe II or Revlock?

I would like to add both upgrades, but I'm on a budget, and can only add one for now. I would like to add a governor, but I could also use some additional power, from the pipe. What would you guys do? Also I noticed the MPII, for the low gear Raptor, is tuned for the OS50. Will it work OK with my TT50?

On my rap 50, I went from 1850 with the stock muffler to 2050 with the MP2. Both were leaned out as far as I dare... Heck with the gov, get the MP2

Thanks Duelist, I've ordered the MP2, and it's on it's way. Can't wait to strap it on!
