machine response question

Now i am getting more confident and competent my raptor 30 v2 is wizzing aroung all over the show - after months of very little enjoyment my perserverence is finally paying off. I use a os32sx gy401 with s9524. The heli is still set up for basic hovering. I think it has a bottom stick pitch of 0 degrees through to a top stick setting of +8. I know i will eventually need to reconfigure the machine as my skill level increases but i have gone a couple of sessions without major incident and will leave it for a bit. However, my question is this. When i am powering out of maneovers the machine doesnt seem to have the balls at times. Assuming the engine is running fine what is the more likely cause - general set up(ie pitch curve/mechanical pitch range) or the fact that i run a poxy set of futaba 3001 which may not have suficient speed and power

RE: machine response question

It could be a matter of many things. Engine not set up properly, pitch curves, throttle curves... whats your altitude there?

As far as you having 0 degrees pitch, and doing forward flight, thats asking for trouble. You should have much less pitch than that.
