what is a new ec135 very detailed 8 blade t/r 4 blade main rotor finished very well but never had mechs mounted, also it comes with a vario kobold with rossi 65 in good shape setup and flew one hour by rick hayes IN LIKE NEW CONDITION, electronics removed.

if you could help me out this would be great.

Price out the parts new, and you will see what is in the heli. I have seen prices for this fuse all over the place depending on the condition it is in. Also, if it is the old one, which it sounds like it is, it is not worth as much as the new one.
