Which glue for a blade cpp?
Hey Fello Flyers,
I got my blade cp pro today and took it for my first test flight. After awhile, the tail motor mount came loose on the tail post. What do you guys use to glue plastic parts on your helis? |

CA glue will work fine, you can get it at most hobby shops.

RE: Which glue for a blade cpp?
Agreed -- some CA will do the trick. Be careful not to 'gob' it on. Just a little drop or two should do it.
Also, CA comes in different thicknesses: thin, medium, and thick are the most common. Thin dries the fastest (instantly) and will run down into cracks and crevices (wicking) better than the others. Thick is good for filling gaps, etc... For glueing the tail rotor support back on the boom, I would suggest medium. It will cure a little slower, giving you more time to get it on straight. Thin will work just fine, though... If that's all you have. I'm sure even thick would do the job... Good luck! |
