Silly questions

i just started to put my Venture together and I just came to these seemingly obvious questions.

1) How do you connect the ball link arms to the actual ball? Do squeeze it in, or does the ball go on top of arm and it settles in as you tighten the screws?

2) How do you use the ball link pliers (Green ones from Heliproz)

3) When tighting screws, how tight is tight and too tight?

Thank you

The links go on the balls with the pliers. To put the link on put the fork of the pliers over the link and squeeze gently. To remove turn the pliers over and put the small cup on the ball.
Use locktite on all the screws then just firmly tighten.

Only use locktite when going into metal (metal on metal). When going into plastic, some people put a dab of ca glue on, but I just make sure they are tight. You really should find someone that flys heli's to give you a hand, it can save you alot of headaches.

I have used blue locktite in all situations for some time with good results. It has been holding the tail pitch ball in place for me for 6 months. This is a spot you should check regularly. I have heard the warning about locktite and plastic but it has worked for me.
