Flight Simulator - Heli

Anyone know of a flight simulator that you can turn off some channels, I am trying to learn nose in hover and thought I had seen a simulator that took care of all but one channel, i.e. you looked after the rudder and the simulator looked after the rest. Might save some heart flutters.
