Pull starter engine?

I had a pull start os .32 in a raptor and it was great because I didn't need to lug a starter and battery with me just fuel grab your ignitor and go fly. The only disadvantage I noticed was the weight and when the one way bearing goes out or you flood the engine.
all in all I liked using the pullstart on my everyday flier.
hope this helps a little
Tom

Pull starter engine?

as dirtkiller mentioned they save carting around/buying a battery and remote starter, and starter shaft.

they are NOT available for all engine types/sizes. check with dealers if they are available for the engine you'r e about to buy if you intend on installing one.
