Tail jerking back and forth

Sorry for all the questions but this time on my raptor g2 the tail keeps jerking back and forth what do i do to fix it? (trying to get it to fly at hover also)

That's usually an indication of gyro gain being too high.

And be sure that a servo wire isn't rubbing against a moving part.

how do i change the gyro gain back to say for hovering?
