whats up guys/gals im new to all this so bear with me.
ok i got this ikarus eco 8 but its missing the reciver/transmitter and battery. now heres my Qs would it take the reciver/trans/battery from a trex 450 ?? also how do i find out what moddel it is??

The Eco 8 takes a 3-cell 11.1 volt battery with a 3700 mAh capacity. The Trex 450 takes a 3-cell 11.1 volt battery with a 2500 mAh capacity. You probably do not notice the diference, but the 3700 battery will be much bigger than the 2500 battery. Bottom line is, that it might work, but you will only get about 3 minute flights if it even works without overheating.

Rafael23cc Thanks what battery do u recomend i use. i also been looking all over for parts on this heli cant find nothing since its discontinued, is it compatible with trex 600 or others?

I am not an electric flyer. I fly nitro. I just helped you find the information you required. I will leave the recommendations to more experienced people.

what about other parts for this heli, i have looked around hobby shops and nothing. is there another model with compatible parts for it. ive asked at the hobby shop but guy doesn't know. im thinking mabe twikin it with a 600 trex cause i need a tailboom. i even checked homedepot.
