Blade 400 3d tail rotor damage

I have a blade 400 with stock servos and gyro and every time I spool it up and get off the ground, the tail looses hold and when I set it down to adjust gyro gain, the trailing edge of the tail rotor blades are chipped. If I continue to land and adjust gain to compensate for the loss of rotor blade surface, after the third or fourth landing after adjustment, almost half of tail rotor is chipped away on the trailing edge, not the leading edge. It looks like a snagged-tooth shark took a bite out of the blade, anyone heard of this before?

first off do yourself a favor and toss the stock electronics in the trash seriously everything except the motor. yes even the stock lipo ITS ALL JUNK!! but how is your mechanical setup firstoff? you should be able to hover with little to no tail input in rate mode. if you cant then you need to fix the mechanical 0 first! also the gyro is very very lousy how are the vibrations ?? can you upload a picture of the tail blades. its a new one on me are you sure the tail is moving the correct way ie the way you twist the belt then turn main rotor clockwise looking down if the tail turns ccw the the fat edge needs to lead. i have chewed up tail blades but its usually on the tips and on the leading edge because there isnt enough material. upload a pic !

On my first test flight, it lifted very smoohtly and stayed stable for a minute or so, then the tail would drift, I landed and adjusted the gain on the tx and flew stable again. After a few adjustments, I checked the heli and noticed the damaged tail rotor. I have replaced it three times with the same result. The photo is from the third set. I bought it off of EBAY from someone that said they only hovered with it. I guess that will teach me from buying from EBAY.

I have replaced the servos and gyro with the same ones for the 450. I checked my tail rotor and it is turning correctly. I thought it might be harmonics from the servos causing oscillations down the tail boom to chip the tail blades.

I am in the process of going over the setup from the servos up and when I test it again, I will let you know. Thank you for your reply and help.

I replaced the gyro with a G210 and the tail servo with a 450 servo. I set up the head from the swash to the blades as per a youtube video from Horizon. I had it hovering for about 5 minutes, then it started losing the tail authority.
It rotated CCW, I gave it full right rudder to bring the tail CW with no response. The drift was slow enough by the time I cut power and dropped it, it was nose in. At this point, not sure what happened. I did notice that each time I gave rudder input during hover, the gyro light would blink. One good note, the tail rotor did not have any more chips on the trailing edge, so far.
