Default Lambert Microturbines contact?

Hello,

I have a friend who has his Kolibri in for service and is having trouble getting ahold of him. Other than the info published on his website which is not working out, is there any other way to reach Martin?

Thanks

Best way is his mobile, but he doesn't always answer but you can leave a message and he will get back to you,

Yep, calling works best. He'll usually call you back when you leave a message.

Email doesn't seem to be his thing

Well a few more months have gone by and despite being told (e-mail) that it has shipped twice, still no turbine back. This whole ordeal has been going on well over a year! He no longer answeres his phone, returns phone call or emails. I have no choice now but to believe this guy is nothing more than a POS crook.

If anyone has any way other than what is listed on his website to contact him I would really appreciate it. I have a friend who will be visiting Europe in a few weeks who has agreed to pay a visit in person if necessary.

This really sucks. I would have never forseen these problems from a supposedly reputable vendor. Future buyers beware!

Here's Martin's mobile phone number : +49 (177) 5332399

He's really bad with SMS, e-mails and internet,... but I found him always extremely helpful, in particular when you meet him in person or talk to him. He did always go the extra mile.

Nicolas.

Nicolas,

Thank you for the number, I will try that. Unfortunately after having been told a lie twice (more actually, he told my buddy the same thing 6 months ago) I find that hard to believe.

Yes, my thoughts too,... I would get in touch with the USA dealer... (Chad at SinCity Jets)

His home/office address is : http://www.lambert-modellturbinen.de/seite4.html

But... given it is such a problem to get a hold of him at the moment, I would definitely try to get in touch with him first before sending anything.
Just my 2 cents.

Nicolas.

Dave,

I too have tried on this one several times. In fact, I am waiting for two engines from him right now. I just placed another call to him this morning with no luck. A delay has been normal in the past, but this one has been excessive.

Here are the two numbers I have for Martin:

+4963861316 (land line)
+491775332399 (cell Phone)

Well another week has gone by and guess what? Thats right, no turbine, no e-mail, no return phone call, no fax, no contact or acknowlegment of any kind, no F.U.....nothing. I'm pretty sure he has something to hide at this point. My bet is my buddy will never see his turbine again.

If Mr. Lambert thinks he can sweep this one under the rug, I assure you that I will not let it go!

So sad.
