Ok, things are a little quiet on RCU these days. Time to stir it up a little. What in your opinion is the best turbine manufacturer today? We have seen major innovations (even in the last few years) on these great little engines we all love. This question covers all sizes, customer service, repair turn around times, cost of maint., and everything that makes a turbine manufacturer exceed its competition.

Had to vote for JetCat as I have had no problems with them in any way, can't comment on repairs as it has never needed any, service was immediate and got it back within ten days, what can I say other than its perfect.

JetsMunt, Gaspar turned my Merlin G90 around in under ten days when I sent it back after buying it secondhand and it was not operating correctly, its now working perfectly and I can't fault it in any way.

How can you have a poll asking which the best turbine is and then list 4 manufacturers plus any others in one catagory? If you are going to do this then surly you need to list them all separately? I see Simjet has it's own catagory! Do people still buy those?? Anyway, my vote would go to Jets-Munt but I'm not voting for the Hawk too!

I changed it to Have Merlin on its own catagory. Also, I found out that I can add catagories on the edit mode. So I added some to the bottom but they are not in alphabetical order because I would have to start all over with the voting.

You need to be more specific regarding AMT. AMT Netherlands and AMT USA (US Microjet) are two different companies with two different product lines.

Unless you own a Jet Joe, have something to do with JetJoe, or have something good to say about them. Then breaking of all RCU rules is completely permissible as evidenced in many other posts.

You know what, if you are a first timer in turbine and you don't have any turbine friends around you have to go jet central, service, lifetime warranty arrive first.

AMT Netherlands. They might be a little big and clunky compared to some of the current engines, but I have never heard a bad thing about them. I still like the propane start, they are still above all others with throttle response, overall, I love them. If I could, I'd put AMT NL in all my jets!!!!
