If anyone needs any spares for the v2 or v3 please get in touch. Shipping may be the killer but let's see part for part. What's this I read that Henry is no longer doing the Tornado?

I'm not sure if he is or not... but there isn't a "Buy" button on his website.

Actually.... there aren't any buy buttons on his website anymore.

I think Henry has had his buck out of model flyer's and is now concentrating on his UAV business, wonder how long it will take for him to move on again? all sound too familiar, remember the XPS non hopping 2.4ghz system.

Hey BaldEagel can you please tell me the measurement of the tailplane of the Tornado's, as in my earlier posts I lost my tail to the start up fire on my Turbine.
I know it goes into the booms 1/2 inch I can remember that.
Thanks.

Hey Heliman4213,
Can you please tell me the measurement of the tailplane / elevator length / width. Cant remember but does the tailplane tapper or not by that I mean is the leading edge longer than the Trailing edge of the tailplane.
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks
Dave.

Measure the distance between the booms and add 25mm that will give you the length, the width is as the cut out in the booms, parallel from one side to the other, that will get you started until I can take a pic and post it on here.

The nice landing gear is installed, the K100G is mounted, that only has maybe 15 minutes of run time on it, servos are installed and wired. It would take maybe a good long day or 2 to finish this bad boy to get it flying. I just don't have the time nor ambition to see it through, don't even know why I bit on the Christmas special but I did and now it's just sitting there. If anyone is interested in a smoke'n deal on this bad boy, I'm willing to cut it loose for a one time low price. Let me know!!

Thanks,

Tom

Ok I will get out there late on friday. I have several Tornados this one is new in the box so it will be easy to measure etc. Just to verify you need the Elevator and the Stab measurements and all info on them correct? Just getting back to you now was working on my F-15.
Talk soon

Length of Tailplane 470mm, width 158, length of elevator LE 452, length of elevator TE 356, overall width of elevator 70mm, hope that is sufficient.

Hey Guys,
Can some body post some pics of how to connect the cables to the front retract nose wheel, without the wires getting caught up in the blocks the retract is screwed down to.
Thanks.
