That looks like Randy, and that looks like an L39, but It looks like you photo-shopped Randy as a very small man compared to the jet.

Oh...and don't hurt that banjo hanging on the wall with the tail of the Gi-mungous L39.

Ok Scotty, You know what they say about payback.
The L-39 is just about finished. Powered by an AMT 280. The pics were taken the day after I got it so it's just thrown together for a look see.
I fired it up last week and taxi'd around here at our local field. I do need a couple pilots, at least one anyway.
A little more programming and cg and she'll be airborn.
I finally have a real jet!!

That was a great day. Learned a great bit more as to how she lands. Each flight was 3-4 mins of playing and the rest were mutiple touch and goes. Like 6 each flight. Now I can fly it at home on our 400ft
Got 3 flight today in a nasty cross wind. I came home with the same amount of pieces that I left with.
Thanks for the pics Philip.

Randy , You are the "MAN", I kept my good stuff in the trailer!! Wish i could have stayed for your last two flights. Might have had to drag out the 16! L39 is really grooving machine!
