All dressed up and no where to go
Like most of you, Tennessee is plagued with snow and cold weather. However my shop is warm and I've finished my Turbinator. It is ready to go at 23 lbs with a Jetcat p-70 and pro link gear. Can't wait for a pretty day

Jeffpro, we fly in Madison about 10 miles north of Nashville.
David, Not sure if I can make it Saturday but it sure is tempting.
I've got to pick up a couple of wing bolts and modify them for the Turbinator, prime the pump and I'm ready

I know how you feel, but the winter here in Iowa will last even longer than your cold spell in Tennesee. I would like to get down that way for Jets over Kentucky, it looks like a great event. It's about an 8 hour drive for me. Whatever you do, wait for a nice day to do your maiden.

Rorock, Looks like serious trouble downunder. We went through that in Nashville last May, many business' and homes still not recovered. 14" of rain in two days.
Hot Rod Todd, Come on down to Kentucky Jets. I went last year and it is a hoot. 116 pilots 230 something jets over a full week. Great gathering, worth the drive. I can't believe you can make it in 8 hours. I went to Ida Grove in 1985 for the Byron giant scale flyin. It took us a lot longer as I remember.

sidgates, Yes, John was cutting the pieces parts for me on that day. I got started right after that.
By the way, the wing tanks are removable, I built in a hard plate with carbon fiber guide tubes and blind nuts. So they come off and I can put the regular tips on or Winglets.
Ran the engine in the plane today, no issues so one more piece and I am really ready to go.
