Default HELP::::on 6 Volt system

hi,

i have a minihobby regulator and plan to run a 6V 1800mah

battery for a sport jet with digital coreless servos.

questions i have no idea of....

1. do i need special wiring and or switch?

2. do i have to pay attention to the servos i use other than
those recommended by factory?

3. thats all i know to ask, are there other items i need to
consider?

thanx for your time and consideration,

BZ

Default HELP::::on 6 Volt system

Bill, I use two 2150 6V packs in my Bobcat. I am also using two of the minihobby regulators. All the wiring is JR 22 gauge. I have two JR HD charge switches. The regs are after the switch so I can measure the true voltage of the packs before each flight. I don't think you need servos other than what is recommended by the manufacturer. Though sometimes personal experiences from fellow modelers can help with this decision. Hope all that rambling helped.....
