Default Jet Legend Cockpit in Yellow F-15

It took me about an hour to rig but I like it. I had to change the angle of the main instrument panel to near 90 deg. to fit nicely in the glareshield but it worled out well, I was suprised at how well the existing glareshield in the ARF fit the JL MIP! Thanks KC!

One concern is this. In order to get the MIP to fit correctly in the glare I had to push the cockpit tub forward about 1". There is a gap behing the seat that I can work with no problem however, I am concerned that the seat and pilot may be a bit far forward. I dont mind it personally but I don't want it to take away from the appearance.

Do you guys think it looks ok?

Pete

Hey, Is the ARF glareshield easily removed? I might have to give the JL one a try, See if it makes up the difference in space.

The Yellow cockpit its from "Just the Pits". They make all the cockpit kits for the Yellow planes:

Pete, it looks like it was made for it. Most onlookers just fixate on the pilot figure anyway.

.... just don't go without a pilot in it.

i don't have one in my JL F-15, and while it may not be the most appealing empty seat sitting on the ground, it's damn hard to tell he's not in there at 199.9999943 mph low pass.

speaking of which, Pete, what you got tucked in there for blow??? i've got a little ole Titan SE in mine, 4 min of ON time but it's 4 min of smiles

The non-se/sx is cool with me KC. I had a non se/sx Titan and loved it.

a little motivation for you Pete, i finely put the wing stores on mine and flew her today, had a bit more drag but the Titan SE still had plenty of push last flight of the day with her the nose wheel didn't wanna come out, it just did rub through the primmer into the gel coat, no damage at all.
