Let´s put this into the context, please. This happened in a private huge rural area, and he was asked by the jet owner to do it.
Also as Megafly said, the moonlight was so intense and the place so dark that even without lights the plane was visible all the time.
I also recommend for you guys fly at night in a safe place like this,and not necessarily with a expensive jet. One of my nicest flights I remember was with a zagi electric flying wing with the milky way as the background.

Enrique is completely correct, keep this in context. This was a PRIVATE FIELD in Brazil; in a very rural area. No risk to the hobby what-so-ever...

but when other people see this they will be saying to themselves if he can do it so can i, and they might not have the correct place or the skill to do this which will only end in bad press or worse, have we not all tryied something we thought we could do and found out the hard way we cannot.

C'mon, the man is an outstanding pilot and everything happenedina rural area insafe and controlled conditions, as everybody said before. My intention was to enlight another fantastic achievement of this awesomejet pilot, that is always showing his talent around the world!!

Do you know how does it work? Isit a pump throwing kero direct in the hot exhaust like in a smoke system?

Same argument can be made about Evil Kneivel or any TV commercial that has the FINE print that says things like "professional drivers on a closed course".
I don't see this video as being any worse than the ones of people flying heli's in a park around joe public.

Wish I had the talent and ball$ to do that!
I would however put, "professional pilot in controlled conditions" to caution the foolish. Like a commercial for, well almost anything that fools can make dangerous.
