JMA Long Marston - 6th and 7th October, 2012
Further to the great success of the JMAs recent Long Marston Jet Weekend, and in response to the cancellation of the Westonzoyland meet, the JMA Ctte have hired Long Marston Airfield for another Jet Weekend, on 6-7th October.
Same as last time, the event is open to pilots who are JMA members only and camping will be available from the Friday evening 'till the Sunday afternoon. Food will be available on site, as will toilets.
As always, pilots intending to go should send their name to Rog Kilbey at: [email protected] (no need for car details or anything like that, but we do need to know who's going to fly), as should those intending to camp.
Plenty of good accommodation is available at a close-by pub, that also does good food - Jamie'll post details here shortly.
Cheers,
Dick

Don't worry Dizz, I'll make sure the "Mighty Cock" is drunk under the table before the rest of us turn in...
This event can't come quick enough for me!

All the ingredients for a classic JMA meet don’t you think!
Hey J,
Do our friends over the pond have as much fun as we do?
Oh, and if any of you Guys over there are looking in, feel free to comment on the above!

That Super Bandit will probably be familar to a few of our US friends as it was built and flown by Dave Carter before coming over here. This is a picture of David with it at Lake Wales in 2002 alongside his Bobcat . . . . . look who else was at the same meet!
