Ok guys, thanks for the interest, ill start making a build thread soon.
Flymanjg from date of payment my Aurora took around 9 weeks to arrive, but they did have an xmas shutdown and two weeks to correct the insignia, so id say probably around 6 weeks. and mine wasnt one of the available factory scheme's, here are a few pics of mine.

Video of Aurora flying in Europe off grass field.
Not the best quality, but you can see the wide flight envelope.

Any build pics? Any tips during building? What power plant and setup have you gone for?
Im wondering from any who has flown theirs, how practical the supplied cover is for transporting the plane to the field. Any pros/cons in using it.

Any build pics? im sure you will be happy with the performance of the p160, i was even thinking a 140rx might be enough, although might lack in vertical performance?

Its a draggy airframe, although it would fly with even less power...it will have no get up and go. You need thrust to power it vertically.

For the latest versions (and especially the all carbon airframes) I think a 180RX is just about right. 140 not enough for the reasons Dave gives. 220 probably too much (do you want to punch through 5000ft still going strong? What's the point).

its slow flying capabilitys realy impress me for a big ship, i want to be able to crawl it in then pull vertical and keep climbing
its not about flying fast
