all that money and no fod guard included, how much do you have to spend with jetcat to get the most important part to keep your engine from sucking in stones

Good looking cats, they for sure look suspicious of purple JetCat. What is system airborne weight of engine? Looking forward to video.

Hello Kasper,
Can you please confirm if Jetcat supplied the Festo Filter in the photo.
I have Just received the new P90I and although the filter is internal I do now it’s a Genuine Jetcat one.
I would be very surprised if Jetcat have supplied the Festo filter over there Genuine filter.
Thank you
Ivan

Hello Ivan
What you mention to be a "genuine" JC product can be bought in many hobby shops in Europe, also in different sizes. I could be wrong, but I'm not so sure it's a JC produced item.

I think you are a lot like me. As soon as I get something new and awesome, I have to immediately take it out of the package and try it out. I purchased my first turbine from a local guy years ago and he said he would help me get it set up on a test board the next day after work. By the time he called me, I had already set it up and ran it 3 times.

Very jealous.... one question though. I see JC still has the same kind of turbine mount. The first time I had my 200SX on a test stand, it started to slide forward in the mount. The kero plug is recessed so there was no hard point to stop it. I had to use a piece of a gasket to make it a bit sticky under the clamp and that finally fixed it. Have you noticed any shifting in the mount?

Has the 1/5.5th scale F-16 been flown yet? or will this be the Maiden?

I have a P90-RXi , Love the simplicity.

Very Nice Indeed. You should put the P-400 RX in the 1/4 scale.

Why can't hey make a nicer clamp mount? We spend thousands on the turbine and we get a simple stamped part that you have to bend to get tight enough. Guy in Seattle machined some mounts...gorgeous.

I sincerely think putting an engine twice the size as recommended on a Fly Eagle model is airframe suicide. Yes they are pretty, but structurally they are no JMP's.
