Thanks!
The Stators are controlled just by RPM, a Microcontroller will drive three Servos to set the correct Blade Angle.
One key Problem seems to be solved - as i already wrote, the compressor must stay absolutely clean.
I will now use full ceramic Bearings, which may run dry but the Compressor Bearing will get a little MoS2 Oil.
The Turbine Bearing still has an Oil Supply.
The inner Ring was grinded using a diamant Disk, here is a Picture:
How do you control the stators?

Another Video with a little Compressor Surge @ 0:17, but its not dangerous. The Engine got some internal Improvements.

Thanks a lot!
A first Impression of the Test-Stand, the Engine "hangs" on a grinded round bar so that it can swing and move forward for the Measurement of Vibration and Thrust.

The Control-Panel in development, the Display will show the EGT and RPM as a simulated analog Instrument with Digits underneat

Hi Niffi, I know you mentioned issues lubricating the bearings. Here is a possible solution:

My Feedback: (4)

I am amazed.
I love the sound! The engineering is indeed superb, what a beautiful project.
When the axial compressor blades and variable guide vanes are thought of as individual wings, which they are, the aerodynamic achievement alone is amazing let alone all the micro tolerance machining and design that goes into this.
